Thanks in advance for helping me out. Been reading and learning from this forum and Sklansky/Malmuth books for some time with success. Understanding why the moves work and optimal times to use them still escapes me sometimes. What is the stop and go? When do I use it? What is advantage over just pushing? What is risk vs. pushing?
