Both my opponents here were really loose, and probably about average agressive-wise.

I called the flop raise planning to bet the turn if a good card came off, but I'm wondering if 3-betting is better.

I also wasn't too sure what to make of UTG's turn bet, but I guess I figured I would stick to my plan.

I would 3-bet the flop, trying to knock out MP1.

Turn is good.

3bet the flop.

1) He may be raising for a free card.
2) MP may fold.

Turn raise is good.
