I cashed out every cent I have in my account. Expect 16 bucks that I wanted to use to mess around and try new things.

I need to learn money management and I had too much experience in the higher limits where I should not be playing nor can afford to. I am going to cash out every Sunday. Give myself $50.00 every friday until I realize the value of a buck.

If anyone here has a problem with playing games you cant afford, could you tell me how you deal with it?
When I play nl 10 or nl 20...i just flat out get bored. But I know those are the games I should be playing.

Didn't you just win like $1,300 in a Party tournament? Congrats. What's the problem? Why did you cash out?

because I dont trust myself to be able to keep it. That is the problem with amateurs. We win a bit then lose it all. Thats how we get hooked and you guys win the money.

You're plan is reckless.

With $16 you should be playing penny games. With $50, nickel games.

You should always have an adequate bankroll, and play stakes you can beat. I feel sorry for you if you don't have the self control for this.

I admire you for taking out the money so you can enjoy some of it. What you have left in your account is not enough to do any playing. Might as well quit.

But if you can turn $50.00 into 1500.00 in 3 days. Why not keep with that strategy. I dont have the time, nor the money to keep playing 3 sessions a day of .5/1 until I get enough money. And also, Limit holdem is not fun for me yet. I love tournaments, I would rather have high risk of busting then not enjoy playing.

So do you want to play or don't you? Whether it's limit or not is irrelevant.

If you do want to play, then keep in enough money to play. Maybe not a full bankroll, but if your bankroll only gives you the chance to win or be broke, you definitely are playing in a way that suggests you shouldn't play poker even if you are a fantastic player.

I've said it once, and others have too, but I'll say it again:

You are a tool.

You know what a tool is. You just don't know that you know.

What happened to The Plan (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=holdem&Number=907344&Forum =,,,All_Forums,,,&Words=&Searchpage=2&Limit=25&Mai n=906553&Search=true&where=&Name=13353&daterange=& newerval=&newertype=&olderval=&oldertype=&bodyprev =#Post907344)?

Tournaments are fun! $16 isn't much of a roll, but it sounds like you don't mind a little risk. This reminds me of the "come sweat me in a 75 cent SnG" thread.

You are such a tool that reading your posts causes little tools of light to shoot out of my monitor and rape my eye sockets.
