Variation -- What to Expect?

Just wondering, what can I consider normal variation?

I realize with SSHE they are expected to be a bit higher, but I'm not sure where abouts that range is. What is a typical bad night for you guys? (BB's)

Not sure what the norm is, but I dropped 30 BB tonight in about 2 hours, live casino play.

I've dropped about 18 BB in a 3 hr session... this was a table that I shouldn't have played, though.

I also dropped 23 BB in a 4 hr session. Got some pretty good hands cracked that time.
