Avg ITM and ROI for SnG's? (Where's the FAQ?)

the only thing i remember is 50% ITM is unsustainable in the long run, and that 30% ROI is av, 40% roi is good, and 50%+ roi is unsustainable.

what is the avg and good ITM %?

I find that I usually break even at ABOUT 30% ITM. I have never made money below and have only lost once above (36%) on a week where a got a lot of 3rds. Of course I've only been at it for about 6 months.

I play at Party where if you are ITM 50% but all 3rd place, you lose money.
