I play low stakes, and I'm getting sick of all the people who think they are the next Moneymaker being uptight anal pricks at a game that is supposed to be recreational fun. Noobs, wearing aviator sunglasses and not making a single move, or saying a single word at the poker table.

I'm thinking of making a T-shirt that simply says:

"Only tools wear sunglasses at a low stakes table."

or

"Only tools wear sunglasses at 4/8"

Thoughts?

i like the idea, but in practice it would be too hostile. "your sunglasses aren't helping you" or something along those lines would be okay and even the guys wearing them could laugh.

Never make fun of anyone at the poker table. Its bad for the game.

I see your from Indiana, where do you play? Caesars? When I played 4 8 there it was very talkative and I don't think anyone was wearing sunglasses. I will be there next Sunday playing too.

I am in Woods Hole, Mass right now. I've been playing at foxwoods for the last 4 months. I will be back in bloomington in a week or two for atleast the next 6 months and will definitely be hitting up Caesars.

Astroglide and Stu Pidasso thanks for the advice. Will take note.

In fact, I kind of like "your sunglasses aren't helping you" even better!

I like Astro's suggestion and agree that you don't want to be openly hostile.

Here's an idea I had: I'm not good enough for sunglasses or obviously I'm too good for sunglasses

Not sure which of those would be better nor which would put a bigger target on your chest.

Its a little wordy but how about...
I can see your cards reflecting off your sunglasses.
