Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, Q/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG calls, Hero raises, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (6.33 SB) 2/images/graemlins/club.gif, J/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG folds.

Turn: (4.16 BB) 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero 3-bets, BB calls.

I think easy 3 bet.

River: (10.16 BB) A/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Was a bit weary about this bet. Good, bad? Value bet?

Final Pot: 12.16 BB
Main Pot: 12.16 BB, between Hero and BB.

Given your opponent didn't 4-bet you, I'd say your river value bet was fine. I wouldn't say you're good 100% of the time, but certainly at least 70% given the line that was shown.

Yes and no. Your hand is pretty easy here. I just calll donw as that is the right more. 3 betting the turn is wrong IMO. Raising the river I don't think wins enough, but maybe just over 50%. It's close I think. Your flop has a paired board where you could be very far behind. Mine is a bit different IMO since it's on the flop, and losing only to a set or realistically 2 pair.
