In the same situation, I think QQ is an easy raise, and TT is an easy call?

3-bet the party that decided to come along. it also gives the original raiser a chance to cap and give you some information.

3-bet the Jacks....I usually just call with T's, unless I know the raiser is loose and it'll also be few to the flop.
