I feel like I played this too weak tight, I almost raised the turn but instead just called, how did I do?

Does that mean I should fold? I have at least 12 outs vs. a pair (except AK and AQ, but the pot isn't raised), so this isn't a terrible spot for a semibluff... but I didn't because I only have one card to come.

I would play it the way you did and hope for a diamond, 4, or ace. If you hit your hand, you may be able to extract a lot more chips, particularly if someone else also makes a flush.

You don't have enough outs for a really good semibluffing situation. If you raised, it would be more of a steal. In general, I don't think it is a good idea, but it depends on your read as to whether you can get all those people to fold.

you played it right. many times calling feels wrong because it is so passive, but I think there are more times than people on this board like to admit when calling is the most correct way to go.
