posting a picture of my statistics

Can someone tell me how to take a "snapshot" of my PokerTracker window so I can put it up in here?

I think it has something to do with the "print screen" button, but I don't know how to do it.

I prefer Alt+Print Screen

This does a screen copy of the active window. No outside icons/taskbar etc.
