Should I be folding when this comes back to me for 2 more on the turn? And given that I did call, had someone bet on the river, what do I do then?

I probably give up on this hand when it's 2 more bets back to me on the turn. PF and flop look fine.

You gotta lay this down on the turn. You've fundamentally got middle pair and no draws on a 3-bet turn with a paired board. You're either behind or WAY behind.
