One more dance with the clown, this time with serious artillery

I like the way I played this one. Mostly what I'm wondering about was holding off on the flop cap because I wanted to check raise the whole field when my favorite fish bet again. I figured on this incredibly ragged flop, there were no reasonable two pairs out there, and I was probably way ahead and everyone else was drawing to a 5 outer or less. Should I have capped the flop and led the turn? Is the river an easy value bet with the 9 pairing?

I like it- If the A didnt hit on the turn i would bet out trying to get clowny to raise to put 2 bets to the entire field.
