Civilians,

Can America have too much Oil? Too much long term income from annexed states?

Yes we make an investment the first 5 years and sacrifice 5 of our soldiers to 1000 of their lives but then we own it. The world will never know because the governer of the new state openly runs it as a SOVEREIGN nation.

Now we have a list of future states, I meant countries that we will liberate because they are an EVIL ROGUE STATE.

Americans just eat this up.

Okay, as a taxpayer I understand the investment part that "we" make.

I understand the sacrifice of "our" soldiers.

But in the end who is the "we" that owns the country?

I keep checking my mailbox, but haven't gotten a check yet.
