UTG has a VP$IP of 85% and preflop raise of 47%. SB has VP$IP of 55% and preflop raise of 4.4%. On the river I was afraid of Ax or a T. UTG would have bet or raised with any pair on the flop or turn, but SB was passive postflop and might not even bet a T.

You should absolutely bet this river. The way the action played out it is far more likely that your opponents have a 5, 7, or a flush draw. Even a passive player would have likely bet or check raised that A on the turn. And if they passively played top pair on the flop and check raise you on the river so be it. You'll be shown much worse hands than trip Ts or a pair of As quite often in these situations.

A river bet might even get a passivley played A to fold. (Although not likely).
