Yes, especially because of:

1) the button's coldcall (which most often means draw or marginal hand). The extra bet(s) from the button will sweeten your pot when you are right and buffer your mistake when you are behind, and a draw/marginal hand is more likely to put in one more bet here than on the river when he misses/doesn't improve. I also think there is a decent chance button calls two more even when you get 4 bet and

2) unless you are against A6 or 99, there is a good chance you chop or have outs to chop when behind.
