Do you have a read on your opponent? If he likes to slowplay big hands, then yeah, you can safely muck it.

Without a read I'd probably call down, expecting to see a Jx - I think it's as likely at Party that he'll have that as anything else.

The pot is small the board sucks and if your opponent is not a total clown folding is the line.

Just read the section on small pots, it's worth folding these small pots when it's possible someone might have you beat but could also be a semi-bluff or a close call.
