This hand came up today and 1 player was laughed at by all others. I think it's not good to discuss hands at the table but the situation left me with a question.
4 players see the flopped for 2 bets. Mid positon raised button called and the 2 Blinds. Heavy action on the flop. Turn we have AdQsTdJs. Both blinds check. Mid player bet button raise both blinds call. Mid player reraise button caps all call. River rag no flush card. Mid player bet button calls blinds fold. Split-pot. Now the midposition-player was educated that he was giving a freeroll to the button who also held 2 diamonds. Wasn't he supposed to make it as expensive as possible for the blinds to draw out. I think in multiway-pots you have to reraise here.
