A few questions

If anyone can help with these, I would appreciate it:

1) Neteller - When it asked my questions to verify my identity and I'm not qualified for the Instant Cash option now. Is there anyway to change that? Or should I use another option. If so what one?

2) In Party, I made the initial deposit for a friend of $500 so he could clear a bonus. Now he went to put the money back into my account and it only allows a $400 transfer. After doing that, when will he be allowed to make the next transfer? Is there any reason they do this?

3)If I play 4 limit tables at a time, approximately how many hands should I be able to play in an hour?

1)As far as I know there is no way to change the instacash qualification. I would recommend the online cheque option, once it verifies transfers are free.

2)Never had the problem so would not know

3)240-300 hands/hour depending on speed of play and # of players
