Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls, MP1 raises, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Hero 3-bets, SB caps, BB folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (14 SB) 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 2/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players)
SB bets, MP1 raises, Hero ??

I do not like my hand anymore since I am possibly up against KK or AA or AK and hence maybe will at best split and the flop does not offer any flush-draw for me. Is a fold in order here?

Anyone 3-bet or call here?

I'm folding here. Everyone reaks of overpairs or overcards. You have a very weak draw, and may be drawing almost dead (runner QJ the exception) and you're not closing the action on the flop (it will probably be capped).
