Tierd of 2 week long cash outs and not having a sure way to transfer funds on every site, I tried to sign up with Neteller but found out Maryland is the only state that doesn't allow it? Does anyone from MD know if this legislation will change any time soon?

I had the same problem. What they said to me was that they were involved in some legal hold up with maryland-which means no end in sight.
