Anyone play these? I've been having an unbelieveable run lately and I want to get a feel for what realistic numbers are. And yeah, it's a high fee. I know.

I utterly utterly suck at stud games, slightly less so at Stud8.

anyway, I had a phase a couple of months ago where i four-tabled the $10+1s, just to see if there's any value in it at all.

results

1st: 8
2nd: 10
3rd: 10
OOTM: 27

This is from someone four tabling, who doesn't know the game and in a higher, albeit only just, level.

They play complete cheese, on all streets. It's funny. I just figure that a 90% ITM, 100% ROI is unsustainable.

hey if you play stud online do use a program to keep track of upcards or keep track of them on paper or something.

just curious.

Nope. Sometimes I play an Stud8 SnG, and a Stud ringgame, and don't remember the upcards at all, and it doesn't really matter! Isn't that great? (Mainly because I'm folding 80% of the time, but partially because they play cheese.) When I'm playing one table, for now I just remember the cards relevant to me. i.e. With A25 I count the 34678, aces, and any suited cards if necessary. Eventually I'll learn to memorize them all. So I do a mental count, "33468" and keep repeating it to myself while counting the suited on my fingers. It works for me.
