Should I have folded here?

This situation seems to come up a lot and I think I might be paying these bozos off too much. When I he raised me on turn I had no read, but thought 2 pair or pair plus draw. In this case I had anywhere from 3 to 9 outs I believe. What should I have done?

He could be raising on a draw + piece and while 3 betting is a bit too aggro, I would not fold given this board. Although if I had to put the guy on a hand, I would say it looks like a set. Still, party 3/6 call down.
