A little history.
Villain has been moved to the table 2 orbits ago and is sitting immediately to my right; he has a big stack of 11000. In his first orbit he raised from the button and I came over the top of him with garbage, he folded. In the second I had 3 limpers including villain, I completed my sb with K8o. The flop came K83r checked around to villain who makes a pot size bet of 1200 I call, all fold, the turn is a 5 I check to him he bets 2000 I move in he folds. For the most part though he's been playing a tight game, and I've only seen him raise one other time, where he took down the blinds.
Ok now blinds are at 150/300 I have 9400 and villain has 8600. Villain is in the sb I’m in the big. It’s folded around to villain who completes. I make it 1200 with ATd, villain thinks a bit and pushes in. Call, fold?
