cant beleive what he called me with,but is this worth trying?

Flop: (6 SB) K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="blue">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="CC3333">noodles bets</font>,i thought it worth a bet here SB folds, BB calls.

Turn: (4 BB) 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="CC3333">noodles bets</font>, BB calls.
Ok one guy left here so i thought he is chasing some sort of draw of has a pair.

River: (6 BB) 7/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="CC3333">noodles bets</font>, BB calls.
Ok i really wanted to check but I couldnt,pretty silly as i felt he would only call with a higher pair.
Fairly shocked when i won the pot,is there any logic to my riv bet here?
