Getting the worst of it.

To all you superstitious guys out there, what do you do when you're on a bad run. I'm on the biggest downswing of my life over my last 5-6 sessions, and it's eaten up about 25% of my bankroll. How do you typically handle this? Time off? Go back over fundamentals? Maybe ritualistic sacrifice?

All 3. Not too much time off, though, especially if you do heavy studying while away. Concepts without application = dangerous.

If your bankroll is 300BB, 25% is 75BB. Those downswings happen. If I get really frustrated, I move down for a few hundred hands to remember that poker is a simple game.
