I've been having an email conversation with Casino Kingdom's customer support most of the day. I'm paraphrasing, but this is just how the conversation has gone:
Them: We've returned your $300 withdrawal to your account because you didn't wager enough to satisfy the withdrawal requirements.
Me: You didn't return my withdrawal. There's no money in my account.
Them: We've returned your $300 withdrawal to your account.
Me: No you didn't. There is no money in my account.
Them: We've returned your $300 withdrawal to your account.
Me: Stop telling me that. It's not true. My account balance is $0.07. That's significantly less than the $300 that would be there if you had reversed my withdrawal. In fact, I have the option to reverse the withdrawal in the cashier window right now. Would that be possible if you had already reversed it?
Them: We've returned your $300 withdrawal to your account. You can check this with our playcheck feature.
Me: I don't care what the playcheck feature says. There's no money in my account! Stop telling me that there is. I'll just reverse the withdrawal myself.
Them: Your $300 withdrawal was reversed and you played your account down to a balance of $0.
Me: That's not true. I just reversed my own withdrawal, finished the wagering requirement, and started a new withdrawl. You will see this if you use your playcheck function in the casino software. Would that be possible if my balance was $0?
