is there a better line to take here? a worse one? i really ahve very little idea of the proper way to play this all the way to the river. he never let me know my hand was behind so i just never stopped. eh?

Depends very much on the opponent but I like that line a lot against poor opposition. In a $200 tourney he might have slowed down with KQ or QT (or any other queen) since if he's ahead he'll likely stay ahead. There'd be little point to raising for him. Like I said against the bad players I run into in 10 and 20 dollar tournaments I often play it the same way.

This all depends on the CO. I like your check on the flop. If the CO is a reliable player, I'd probably call the flop and check the turn and go from there. If the CO is wild I like the CR, although I think I'd CR more and also shut down if he called. You are value betting a hand that I do not think has enough value to be value bet. Your line isnt terrible, but I think you can do better.

I think betting the flop is better. Also, your river bet screams weakness. The question is, is your opponent smart enough to realize that? Most likely he's not.
