I was in the finals of a 75 dollar nl holdem tourney and i get dealt Pocket Aces. I was big blind...so i was praying that he called. Not only did he call the blind but he raised the 3xs the big blind. So i reraise 3 times his bet. He calls. The flop is all low cards. He bets an insane amount i raise. Turn the same thing. The river. one bet puts him all in. He starts chuckling and shows Pocket Aces as well. WHAT ARE THE ODDS OF THAT HAPPENING. if any one could please send me the correct formula to figure it out. thanx

The probability that two particular people will get AA is 1/(52 choose 4) = 1/270725.

You should be more worried about the possibility of a set.

given that you have pocket aces, the probability that your opponent in a heads up match has pocket aces is 1 in 2/50*1/49 = 1 in 1225.
