Kind of a dumb question, as I should be able to work this out myself: What's more profitable?

1) 3bb/hr 4-tabling 2/4 ring games
2) 40% ROI 2-tabling $10/1 SNGs

Let me take a stab at it:
1) 4 tables is about 250 hands per hour? 250/100*3BB = $30/hr?
2) SNGs are supopsed to be like 30 mins on average? Not sure how to factor in that if you bust early, you can start another right away. Four per hour if you are two-tabling too conservative? 40% ROI on $44 is $17/hr?

Sound like good estimates?

re-read you post firstly. if you get 3BB/hr on each table in a ring game, its
(3*4)=12*1BB($2)=$24 (not the best formula im sure)

as for SnG
40% ROI=$4 profit per game
average number of games an hour approx 6 (i think stupid sucker says he averages 5.something when four tabling at the $30 level, so 6 at the $10 isnt too far off)
so 6*4=$24

wow, ive just realised how these are exactly the same!!!

whats important to note is that the 6 SnGs an hour is very approximate so its not going to be exactly right.

someone show my calcs to be wrong, this cant be right.
