I see little value in the flop 3-bet and think you are better off calling the raise and then betting the turn.

good job slowing down, there isn't much else you can do.

i'm almost 90% certain he has TT

With over 100 hands in PT and a firm rock read is there any chance to get away from this on the turn? The reason I called down was that I could sorta envision a QQ or JJ with the /images/graemlins/club.gif MAYBE played this way but even that seemed farfetched (I don't think he would cap flop with those). It seems highly likely that I am drawing to 2 outs.

UTG is a rock and just raised the flop. Don't you think that might be the time to slow down? Once he caps it, you can fold. This would not be a good play against most players, but this only caps the flop with hand that have you drawing slim / dead.

my 2 cents.
