I've been working on picking up my aggression on the bubble in SNGs, and it's been working well for me. Same for the just-before-money bubble in MTTs.

So far I don't have all that much experience in MTTs when they get down to the final 12-14 or so (I'm sad to say), but I'm curious how much those of you who do loosen up at that point. Or, I guess, tighten up in an attempt to fold your way to the final table but I'll be surprised if that's a popular choice.

It seems to me that a lot of the medium stacks play tightly and wait for the small stacks to bust, and that stealing here might be even easier than it is at the bubbles I'm used to. On the other hand, the players left at this point should, on average, be better than those around earlier so they might be quicker to pick up on your loose raising standards.

Also, how would things change for being short/medium/big-stacked?

thoughts?

I realize this is a fairly broad question, but it came to mind while I was watching another 2+2er slowly get blinded down in a couple recent tournaments and contrasting it to this (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=tourn&Number=903650&Forum= f9&Words=stealing&Searchpage=0&Limit=50&Main=90365 0&Search=true&where=bodysub&Name=263&daterange=1&n ewerval=1&newertype=y&olderval=&oldertype=&bodypre v=1#Post903650) or this (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=singletable&Number=869829& Forum=f22&Words=bubble&Searchpage=0&Limit=25&Main= 869829&Search=true&where=bodysub&Name=6086&dateran ge=1&newerval=100&newertype=w&olderval=&oldertype= &bodyprev=#Post869829)
