PP hand histories- whats wrong?

I've requested 5 hand histories from PP and each one has a random number/letter inserted randomly throughout, so i can only load 7-10/120 hands into Pokertracker. /images/graemlins/confused.gif Is this a common problem and is there any fix to it?

and on and on and on so only 7/100 hands dont have a comma or a / or an ; or etc. in them.

I'd like an answer too, I can't import much into PT either, its the only reason I havent bought it yet. I use hotmail from party, is it possible that is the problem? If so great I will change email addresses to pop mail, but I'd like to know before i buy PT

Im not using hotmail so I dont think that is the problem. /images/graemlins/confused.gif
