I just made my first deposit to Interpoker through Firepay. The transaction went fine and the funds were immediatly deposited in my Ecash account. Then when I try to play it says I have no funds available. I contact the live help department, and they tell me that it will take 7-9 business days to clear my funds for poker. In the mean time, I am welcome to play any casino games I would like. I tell them I dont want to play casino games, that I dont see what the difference is and that all other poker sites I play make firepay funds available right away. In short I was told that if I didnt like it to wait until my funds clear, withdraw them and close my account. Just letting anyone who might be thinking of depositing know that they can expect to wait. Although they would be happy to let you piss your money away on video slots etc. Seems troubling to me.

All of the cryptos screw you that way when you use Firepay. I've already had to wait over 2 weeks for crypto to release the funds to my poker account after depositing. If you are going to whore at the cryptos, you really need Neteller.

Use neteller and you wont have this problem.

Since you used firepay your money hasnt actually been credited yet.... it will take the 7-9 days. The reason they allow you to play casino games is because you cant dump chips in the casino like you could in the card room. They are in essence extending you a line of credit until your deposit officially is credited. Hope that makes sense. Again...use neteller and you wont have this problem.

Neteller charges no service fees. Crypto will charge you $1 or 1 pound for withdrawing, though. That charge is for any service. I originally used Firepay and can tell you that Neteller is 50 times better.

I've got a buddy having problems with Interpoker. He can't get his funds out.

It's been going on for a week now. He's got money that he can sit down at a table with no problem, but when he goes to cash out, it shows a zero balance for withdrawl. It's like his money is still "stuck" at a table.

I think he's talked to them just about every day, and it's the same BS..."check back tomorrow - it 'should' be there" blah blah blah....

Not to mention they were never to sure just how many raked hands he had played to clear the $90 bonus - I think he probably played an extra 300 hands (by the way do a search for the ICP hand counter - that thing rocks!)

We've been playing there for several months, and I've never had a problem - and this is his first bad encounter, with the site - but talk about a friggin run around.

I just ckecked neteller out, and it says they charge a 8.9% service charge for instacash transaactions. Which method do you use to receive a fee free instant transaction?

There should be just a normal withdraw/deposit option. Never use instacash.

1. You can transfer money from your bank account to NETeller, and a few days later you are ready to go.

2. If you can't wait for that, a lot of casinos including interPoker, will cover the instacash charges for an instant transfer.

Dosen't that take time to transfer cash from my bank account to neteller account? I have always used firepay because the transaction was immediate.

Crypto will allow you to withdraw any amount of money, but will round your withdrawal UP to the next dollar.

So if you withdraw $100.01 from your account to NETeller, you should get $100 in your NETeller account, paying a fee of only $0.01.

I wouldn't be too blatant about this, but even if you just withdraw your entire balance, so on average you pay about $0.50 instead of $1 as long as you play some games that put cents in your account (e.g GBP tables).

why? you think they would even notice this? you have found and exposed a flaw, but it is a safe bet that this will never get noticed by Ecash unless they are reading this thread. and if they are, they simply would fix the bug from the tech side(if they even cared. 99.99% of their clients don't read 2+2)
the rounding and the fees associated with the $1 are not manually checked by anyone i am sure.

anyway, thx for the tip never would have thought of this.
