I am, unfortunately, a compulsive gambler, addicted to Blackjack, Roulette, with a little sports betting thrown in.

I work at the Del Mar Racetrack, unfortunantly with my broken elbow, all I can do is get in for free and get free food every time I go. So yeah I kinda go there a lot.

Also, we used to pool our tips every day and go to the lotto booth at the fairgrounds (yes, I worked at the fair, i'm a carnie, blah blah) and get like $20 in scratchers (hey, $20 purchase and you get to spin the wheel for free scratchers!). If we won back like $15, we'd take $5 from the tip jar and go back and play again, and again, and again. I'd say we bought about $600 worth of scrathers during the fair, and I only came out losing about $15, amazing.

Also, I play the lotto occasionally, and when theres an exceptionally long wait for tables, i'll throw down a few hands of blackjack.

I've never bet on sports, I'd like to try though.

Started out primarily a Blackjack player, using KO. I would play BJ in the casinos couple of times a month. Poker online in between trips.

Over the last 6 - 8 mo., the poker room is where I spend the majority of my time at the casinos.

I still get in a few hours of BJ each trip.

erm, spread betting on football (ok soccer to most of you), horse racing, going to the dogtrack and then when I am particulaly bored....novelty betting.

Ever since I started playing poker seriously, I cannot bring myself to play casino games- the idea of betting BEFORE I see my cards now seems asinine. Most of my non-poker gambling is sports-related- Fantasy leagues, with the occasional line bet for grins.

Prop betting - usually not sports. Usually politics.

Prop betting - usually not sports.

I meant to put an option for proposition betting, but somehow forgot.

Other--The occaisonal scratch-off lottery ticket.

Just so you and others know, I would include scratchers in the Lottery option. I know it's not the same concept at all, but they're sponsored by state lotteries. I'd also include Keno in that category.

I play poker full time now. About 8 years ago I handicaped horse races for a living for 8 months. Trust me on this one, poker is easier!

I missed the Lottery catagory or would have picked that one. I agree that it belongs there. Anyway, I get the occaisonal Lotto ticket also.

The only non-poker gambling I do is on golf (betting on myself).

Playing for money really sharpens my focus, I actually find it hard to play just for fun now.

Since I work at a golf course, I can always find a game with plenty of "fish."

i like to play cribbage for 20 cents a point with my family and friends. I guess that would be gambling.

Yeah, I'm sure I'd get reliable info from that poll.

Roulette and Craps lumped together? WTF?

Roulette is to craps what vomit is to filet oscar.

Craps is a game of kings, and roulette is a game of pimps and whores, IMHO.
