Thanks for everyone's help here in the "Other Topics" forum with drafting the agreement. The Home Poker forum gets very little trafic, so I'm crossposting this here. We've put an order form online, to get a final commitment before the final agreement goes out. What this will do is get a more accurate final count before I print the agreement. That way I can insert the lowest price possible without risking too much fluctuation from people that back out (hopefully no one).

Figure out how many chips you want for each design. Check at the following website to get good advice on amounts. Generally, you want 500 for 10 person tourneys, and 1000 for 20 people. You can get by with less chips by buying higher amounts of the higher denominations.
