Flopped the nut flush, and people are betting into me. I save my raise til the river because everyone is calling.

Two questions... First, should I three bet preflop? Second, should I have raised any time sooner than the river?

Raise the turn. They will call. They already called once!

Anybody with a reasonable club or top pair will have to call.
On the river those missed clubs and mediocre hands will not call.

I think just calling the turn was a big error.

There is no reason whatsoever to not raise the turn.
