Umm, well, I'm looking for your take on each street, especially my cold call preflop. Whatever ragging I take, however, matters not, for my opponent on this hand was just horrible. Try to guess what this cat had. Good luck. Results in a bit.

Did you have a read on him at all? If so, would you share it with us?

I'm going to guess 23os at this point.

Your play looks a-ok to me.

No real read, other than he didn't jump out at me as a good player. I don't have >100 with him, so no stats worth noting.

Both responder's hand guesses are woefully wrong. You simply have no chance to guess what this guy had. Keep in mind he was not short stacked, and that he raised pre-flop.

The tone of your original post implied disbelief. That's why I guessed total rags.

Maybe they were rags that hit though, so now I guess 86.

I implied disbelief? I implied disbelief!?! Wait until you see what this guy had! Then you'll understand the meaning of disbelief. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

P.S. I liked the outcome.

Preflop- Fine, AJo would be player dependant, but suited hands RULE!

I would probably check raise the flop.

Is this guy passive? or is he aggressive? The answer to that question will dertermis whether or not you 3-bet the river.

What made you believe you would get "ragged" for this hand?

One thing I've picked up from reading this excellent forum is that people generally do a great job at analyzing hands and most usually find a nuance that I overlooked or an angle that would have won more money or lost less.

I thought some would take issue with my cold call pre-flop. Just trying to make sure I didn't make any egregious errors.

Enough suspense: my worthy opponent held 46o. Understand he raised pre-flop with 46o. He raised on the flop with 46o. He raised on the river with 46o. Not short-stacked. No obvious tilt displayed before or after.

Gotta love it. You don't have any choice but to.

Itīs not really a coldcall when you have posted a blind. I would have gone for the CR too.

You said 86! No soup for you! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Just can't imagine what this guy was thinking. What was he trying to accomplish? I hope to play some more hands with him in the future, I do.
