This hand worked out, but I immediately felt like I played it marginally at best. Thoughts?

Played fine. The fact that he limped makes it less likely that he has an ace, and the check-raise is the usual way to get it heads up with the best hand.

Does everyone try to CR this flop or only against a player who will always bet when checked to and whats your line if another overcard hits on the turn and it was checked through on the flop, check/fold?

Does anyone bet out?
