All I wanted was to check/raise ..... should I have bet on the flop? ... Or did I play the flop correctly and should have bet the turn?

I don't think you'd ever want to c/r this... C/r says, "Haha, sucker, I have a Jack! Caught you bluffing!", whereas just betting out says, "I wonder if they'll let me steal this pot with my AKo..." When it comes to you on the flop, pause about 3 seconds and hit "bet".
