I think this is a perfect example of when you are better off overcalling the river. I think that you can't at all be sure about beating MP2, but by calling you may lure in some calls from weaker hands behind.

I think its less "going for an overcall" and more, "crap I'm behind but the pot is to big to fold" /images/graemlins/smile.gif

MP2 shows JQ. top pair no goot. does everyone raise that turn with top pair and the OESD?

MP2 suddenly comes alive on the turn, not sure I would've raised with only a pair, /shrug, then again I know the results before I post lol
