Given the layout by the turn, I would probably raise the turn. Then I would call down if he 3-bets me there.

Without a read, it's hard to know if a turn raise is wise or not. Would he cap with overcards? Not many would unless they also had the spades. I think calling and raising the turn are probably pretty close, but god knows I've been wrong before.
