On the flop I wouldn't have made it four bets. Since the flop is so scary and your opponent played strongly your raise doesn't figure to be very profitable. I'd defer until the turn and raise on a safe card and call/ fold on a scary one. Actually I would often not raise in the first place.

On the river I think you have a value raise. Your opponent generally won't have diamonds or a set given the previous action. Occasionally you'll run into a very strong hand, but I think you'll mostly be called by Kx, counterfeit two pairs, QT type hands.

I probably wouldn't cap the flop here, cause the action makes me think flush draw or one pair if your opponent is aggressive, a set or two pair if not. If the turn card is a blank, then raise the turn, otherwise I think calling is fine. On this river it's a close call between raising and calling. The pair makes your two pair good, but I'm still thinking flush here. I would probably just call, but I am maybe too cautious on the river.
