This is actually a placeholder for a couple of bad beat hands from this afternoon's sessions. Chess, as I'm sure you know, sometimes you gotta sublimate your aggression.

This is a very draw-heavy flop. It looks like Button has been caught with overcards with probable additional draws or else an underpair. Aside from a jack, MP3 could have a draw or a big ten he wants to protect.

There are so many toxic turn cards that I can see where 3-betting might not offer much value. However once the blank hits it's time to bet for value lest my opponents award themselves a free card. Despite the bias against the stop-and-go this looks perfectly logical here. No one fears I have an overpair so I'm not really giving away my secrets.

The actual turn play is appalling. You're lucky if this is only an overpair. I'm thinking Button has a set and MP3 isn't acting very draw-like either. Eject and don't look back.

I think I would bet the turn and fold to a raise.
Its possible the turn will get checked through if MP3 just had a draw.

Buttons cold call on the flop is probably AK/AQ, also possibly a slow played monster..

It's too bad you didn't have JJ instead. Cuz then you coulda 3-bet. Next time, get JJ instead.

This hand is kind of boring. Can we pretend you had J/images/graemlins/heart.gif10/images/graemlins/heart.gif? That would make this hand more interesting. So yeah, with J10h, you gotta 3-bet the flop...
