Saving PT database

Would anyone be willing to describe in painfully simple detail how to save a database from PT to disc. I had one crash and lost it all and at this point it is getting pretty valuable to me. I have a standard HP laptop running XP. Forgive me for being such a computer nob.

it's not too painstaking, you can simply burn the entire poker tracker directory under program files to cd/dvd

That is helpful, but I need a step by step guide like it was for a 3 year old. (Don't worry I am actually 6) I think the main problem is locating the file (I am a MAC guy) so i can try to copy the folder. How about Start-->etc,

it should be in "C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker V2"
