Well after 10 minutes looking at this I finally figured out what's wrong. On one of my tables its not showing anyone posting blinds at all in the hand history, so PT skips it. Anyone else having this problem?

Actually its totally screwed up and not showing anyone putting money in the pot at all.

Same exact thing is going on at PartyPoker (which makes sense).

They're only showing checks, not bets or calls.

The problem just started today. Yesterday's hand histories are fine.

the weird thing is that it doesn't seem to happen consistently across tables. i just tried to import about 500 hands from today and half of my sessions were perfectly fine while the other half all had these same problems.

oh well, i merely broke even on those tables anyway so i don't really want them in my database /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Unfortunetly I depend on my rake rebate for them so its off to the card barn with me for the next couple days I guess.

You tight feck /images/graemlins/smile.gif Just remember how many hands you have played in this spell and then compare it to your usual rake to determind how much rake to paid and tell the affilate, yours would kick it back.

Has anyone contacted support for a response on this yet?
I just sent an email and was wondering if they are aware of the issue.

That sort of stinks.

My question would be; if the rake payments, etc. aren't showing up in the hand histories....are they making it to the affiliates?

I sent an email last night asking for my last 500 hands. They replied saying they could only send the last 100, and they did so. Of course the problem is/was still there -- no blind info or any betting/calling. I replied and told them the hands are messed up.. we'll see what they say. Kind of sucks. I was playing for awhile last night and half my hands are fine (first half), and second half are garbage.

Are they still not working for you? Mine seemed ok again this morning.

This problem only occurs with some tables... The table I was getting crap HH from last nite is still send crap HH from hands this morning.

I've had the same problem with a Party table. I was playing 2 tables at one, from once the HH was fine, from the other it was as you found it. Notice it's not just missing poster info, there is missing information on all the streets as well. In my case, the first hand I looked at didn't mention any of the callers preflop and there was no action described on the river despite the fact that it went to show down.

I emailed Party asking them to sort it out and re-send me the HHs, they re-sent me all the hands but the problem was still there. I've replied letting them know the problem is not sorted. Hopefully they have responded by now (I'm at work so won't know until I get home). Will let you know what they say...

Well Empire support couldn't understand what I was explaining to them even after emailing the bad histories. Tech support is supposed to get back to me. But, it seems fine now. So, I'm not worried about it. I can live without a few hours of rakeback.

Depends on the table. I just grabbed a HH from the 1/2 table "Rub of the Green" and they are still bad. Other tables are fine.

"In response to your e-mail, I would like to inform you that we have already alerted our Technical Team and they are working towards resolving this at the earliest. Please allow them some time to resolve this."

So sayeth Party...

Meh too lazy.

Actually in that posted hand, sane button open limped, SB raised, I called, button 3 bet, sb capped, and I got my tight ass out of there.

Who knows... it's still knackered at the moment. I've now asked them to contact me when it's fixed. What do you think the chances of that are?

I should hope they never fix it - the deck is hitting me over the head at Paradise right now. /images/graemlins/grin.gif
