Invisable wont mean jack $h1t to Aliens. From what I remember they cant see and they rely on movement. But I agree...predator is much cooler especially to blow yourself up!

I'm pretty sure Aliens can see. T-Rex from Jurassic Park could be thwarted by playing possum. Not Alien, he still chomps your ass.

I think you might have been fooled because many a random bit-character in the Alien movies dies like so:

1) random guy chilling somewhere by himself in the semi-dark.

2) random guy feels big blob of goo hit hisshoulder.

3) random guy slowly looks up.

4) random guy freezes, terrified.

5) alien hisses, steams, and opens primary mouth.

6) secondary mouth opens.

7) secondary mouth shoots through random guy's skull.

8) nobody seems to care about random guy's death.

Note: this death was reserved for losers in the first and third movies only. The badass marines in the second movie, for the most part, all died some pretty legit deaths.
