How long after Pay Pro messes up?

How long does it typically take to get money after Pay Pro messes up a transaction? When I made the deposit Neteller crashed during the transaction so I had to call Pay Pro and they found it and entered it. Now I am withdrawing and it won't let me withdraw to Neteller, so another call to Pay Pro. They are saying they are going to create a new account for me and call me back with-in half an hour. Does anyone have experience with this? And couldn't they find someone that is fluent in English for the customer service?

Ok, since there doesn't appear to be a lot of info on this I will share what has happened. I received a call about 20 mins after I talked to them telling me the confirmation team would be in touch with me. About an hour after that they called me and verified all my info with me. They say the money should be in Neteller shortly.
