I-Pod?

Hey: I am looking to buy an I-pod or other MP3 player. I would like it too be adequate for jogging and other exercise.

I am not too good with electronics. Anyone have an recommendations and/or knowledge of good offers?

Ideally, I would like
The player;
set of earphones;
arm band or waist band holder.

Ipod would be one of my last choices in MP3 players. I would easily choose the Rio or the Nomad Zen Xtra instead of it.
