Hero raises, 3 folds, SB calls, 1 fold,

Flop: (5 SB) 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 2/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)

Also, what is your action if SB checks?

Yes it worth in most cases. If he checks you must bet and take free SD if allowed. If he raises you on turn then i strongly would considering fold against TAG or loose-passive player. If opponent is LAG i would call down.

The part that sucks about this hand is that they rarely ever bet the river again as a bluff, so on the turn you are calling because you want to showdown, but when they bet the river you are usualy beat more than 1/5 of the time. Yet calling the turn and folding the river just feels weird.

ATM you have 5.5:2 effective odds. It's close.

beting the turn when checked to is terrible poker. It is extrememly rare for a worse hand to call and you could be outplayed with a checkraise. And he cant bluff the river.

I don't think he's commenting on your reply, rather just chose to only answer the question at the end of my post.

I called and called a river bet. He had QdKs and took it down.
