I will keep bombardinng the board for all the great advice otherwise.
Well, I started off just sticking my toe into the 10/20 waters to test the game. I was planning on moving up in the sept/oct time frame, but will continue on at 10/20 for now until I have a loosing session or two.
I think I played these two hands ok, but I have tactical questions in each.
Hand 1:
This is a free flop on the BB that hits me in the face. My flop play is where I really have a question. My plan was to check raise the flop if bet early to trap the people in between for a bet. If I checked and bet came late I was going to call and lead the turn. Other possible lines are check calling the flop and check raising the turn, or maybe even leading the flop, but I like the line I picked. Would anyone have played the flop differently?
